So we spared no expense in the renovation of office space in the main building of House of Brokers Realty, Inc. located in the heart of Southwest Columbia at the corner of Forum Blvd and Chapel Hill Rd. In addition to a stellar location, our office is set up to foster collaboration and an interactive team culture. We offer a modern workspace with the highest regard to a productive environment with easy access to the entire group of House of Broker's staff members, private conference spaces and workstations, and a kitchen equipped with full-size refrigerator, coffee, microwave, and toaster oven.  Additionally, our House of Broker's campus includes a lounge with satellite tv, patio and firepit, fully-stocked free beverage refrigerator and employee fitness center available anytime!

We house an exceptional on-site staff that consists of 7 full-time employees and 3 part-time. Our team of professionals includes a Designated Broker, two Closing Brokers, a Closing Assistant, Director of Operations, Accountant,  IT Specialist, and Receptionists. One of the many valuable resources our agents have is a closing department to assist each and every agent from contract to closing. Our wonderful crew in the closing department is with you every step of the way, providing extra support to get the job done in the most professional and timely way possible- one less thing for you as an agent to worry about!

We use the industry’s best systems to host a campaign strategy that includes coming soon ads, targeted and segmented email blasts, retargeting campaigns, just listed and open house postings.
